We believe American beef is the best protein you can feed your family. We’re proud to give you the same opportunity to feed yours. Born and raised on our operation in north Texas and finished on the shortgrass prairies of southeast Colorado, Antelope Mesa beef reflects stewardship, pride, and patriotism. Birth to plate American, and we are proud of that.

  • About 90–110 pounds of packaged beef. Requires 4 cubic feet of freezer space (about a standard refrigerator freezer.) You’ll get a balanced mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef, including ribeyes, T-bones or New York strips, sirloins, brisket, chuck roasts, stew meat, and ground beef.

    Great for smaller families or first-time buyers. Feeds a family of four for 4–6 months.

  • About 180–220 pounds of beef. Needs 8–10 cubic feet of freezer space (a medium chest or upright freezer.) You’ll get roughly 40% ground beef, 30% roasts, and 30% steaks and specialty cuts.

    Best for families wanting year-round beef. Feeds a family of four for 8–12 months.

  • About 360–440 pounds of beef. Requires 16–20 cubic feet of freezer space (a large chest freezer.) You’ll get a full array of cuts, including specialties such as short ribs, stew meat, brisket, soup bones, or organ meats.

    The best per-pound value. Feeds a family of four for 1½–2 years. Great for large families or anyone who loves to cook, a whole beef ensures your freezer stays full with American-raised, ranch-direct beef. Great to split up with a group!

Every order includes a mix of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts. All beef is pasture-raised, grass finished, harvested in a USDA inspected plant, individually packaged, and frozen. Beef is sold as available, join the waitlist/pre-order today!
